Welcome to ShaikhXpress. By accessing or using our website, mobile experience, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1) About ShaikhXpress

ShaikhXpress is an e-commerce marketplace operating primarily in Pakistan (with potential international reach). Products may be sold directly by ShaikhXpress (admin) and/or by third-party sellers (“Sellers”). We provide the Platform, order processing, and logistical coordination with delivery partners.

2) Account Registration & Accuracy

• Users must provide accurate information (full name, email, phone, delivery address).
• Duplicate, fake, or impersonation accounts are not allowed and may be suspended.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Order confirmation occurs upon successful payment or acceptance of Cash on Delivery (if available).
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Taxes, duties, shipping fees, and service charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
• We may support local payment methods (e.g., JazzCash/EasyPaisa) and may add more methods in the future.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Orders are shipped via partnered couriers (e.g., TCS, Yango) or other logistics providers as available.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery at the address provided.

5) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Eligible items may be returned within 7–14 days from delivery (as applicable to the item/category).
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories included.
• For refunds, applicable shipping, handling, or service fees may be non-refundable.
• Return shipping instructions will be provided; failure to follow them may affect refund eligibility.
• Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return.

6) Seller Policies

• Sellers must list accurate titles, images, pricing, stock, and descriptions. Misrepresentation is prohibited.
• Counterfeit, unsafe, expired, or illegal items are strictly prohibited (see Prohibited Items below).
• ShaikhXpress may review, moderate, or remove listings that violate policies or law.
• Sellers must ensure timely order processing, reliable packaging, and lawful fulfillment.

7) Prohibited Items & Activities

Without limitation, the following are prohibited on ShaikhXpress:

• Weapons, explosives, ammunition, and related accessories.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
• Prescription medicines, medical devices without authorization, or unsafe health products.
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, pirated media/software.
• Adult or obscene content violating local laws and norms.
• Endangered species, wildlife products restricted by law.
• Stolen property or items obtained unlawfully.
• Any goods/services prohibited by applicable Pakistani law or international regulations.

8) Content, Reviews & Intellectual Property

• All Platform content (logos, graphics, text, UI) is owned by or licensed to ShaikhXpress and protected by IP laws.
• User-generated content (reviews, comments) must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
• We may use, display, reproduce, or remove user reviews for moderation and quality purposes.

9) Platform Use & Restrictions

• No attempts to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform.
• No fraudulent orders, payment abuse, or chargeback fraud.
• No harassment, hate speech, or activities violating rights of others.

10) Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• ShaikhXpress acts as a marketplace; product quality and warranties for third-party items remain with respective Sellers.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaikhXpress shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShaikhXpress, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12) Disputes & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• In case of disputes, parties will first attempt amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts within Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
